TYPES OF GRANTS

Our grant program aims to support and empower those who are making a positive impact in their communities, especially in the areas of widows, people with disabilities, schools, businesses with intentions to help the vulnerable, NGOs, churches and other religious projects, learning institutions, orphanages, and agribusinesses with intentions to help the vulnerable.

The Bell Trust International is committed to promoting sustainable development and reducing poverty and inequality in Africa. Our grant program is designed to provide financial assistance and resources to organizations and individuals who share our vision and mission.

GRANTS AMOUNTS

Our general policy is to provide grants according to the nature of your proposal. While we do not automatically match the amount requested by the applicant, we give up to a maximum of USD 150,000 to an applicant, depending on the nature of the proposal submitted to the grant committee.

APPLICATION PROCESS

The Bell Trust International uses an online application to receive all grant requests. To apply, please follow these steps:
 
  1. Complete the online application form, providing all required information and attachments.
  2. Submit the application via the grant committee email address of your country.
  3. You will receive a response and guidelines to be approved for funding and later disbursement.
  4. Upon approval, you will receive a notice by e-mail confirming your approval for the grant funds from the committee in your country.

IMPORTANT NOTE

The person who submits the application must be an active leader of the project that is making the request. This individual will serve as the contact person throughout the entirety of the application and funding process. He or she must be one who will receive financial benefit from the grant, if approved.

The membership fee is a standard rate of USD 230 for an applicant. Please note that all funds raised through membership subscriptions are strictly for administrative purposes.
